Standard Terms & Conditions
By participating in the OneVideoPro Partner Program, you agree to the following operational guidelines and terms of service. These terms are strictly enforced to maintain a high-quality ecosystem for our clients and partners.
Commission Eligibility and Fraud Prevention
Commissions are calculated and paid exclusively on successfully cleared, active customer transactions.
If a referred client cancels their subscription before the commission payout date, or if a payment is bounced, disputed, or otherwise fails to clear, the associated commission will be immediately suspended and voided.
Any account determined to be generating referrals through fraudulent means, synthetic identities, or stolen payment methods will be terminated immediately. No commissions will be paid to fraudulent accounts, and pending payouts will be permanently forfeited.
Attribution and Tracking (Last-Click Policy)
OneVideoPro utilizes a strict "last-click" attribution model. If a prospective client visits multiple different partner links before making a purchase, the commission will be awarded exclusively to the partner whose trackable link was clicked last immediately prior to checkout.
Search Engine Marketing and Brand Bidding Restrictions
Partners are expressly prohibited from bidding on OneVideoPro branded keywords in any Pay-Per-Click (PPC) or Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads). This includes, but is not limited to, bidding on the terms "OneVideoPro," "onevideopro.com," or any misspellings and close variations thereof.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate forfeiture of all pending commissions and permanent removal from the Partner Program.
Brand Representation and Compliance
As a partner, you are an independent promoter. You are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting your relationship with OneVideoPro. You may not present yourself as an employee, executive, staff member, or official representative of the company. All promotional materials must clearly reflect an independent partnership.
Commission Payout Schedule
Payout may vary depending on Shopify's Collabs rules if you signed up via Shopify Collabs.
To ensure accurate tracking and to protect the integrity of our ecosystem, all partner commissions are disbursed on a standardized, monthly batched schedule.
Commissions are aggregated for all successfully cleared transactions that occur within a given calendar month (e.g., January 1st through January 31st).
Approved commissions for the preceding calendar month will be disbursed on the 15th of the following month (e.g., all valid January commissions are paid out on February 15th).
This 15-day reconciliation window allows us to verify that all referred accounts are active and in good standing. If a referred client cancels their subscription, requests a refund, or issues a payment dispute before the disbursement date, the pending commission for that specific transaction will be immediately voided.
