A: Yes. In your video brief you can suggest a specific topic, trend, or news story you want covered. If you leave it blank we will research and choose the strongest trending topic in your industry that week.

What if I don't like the video?

A: We provide a one-time revision based on your feedback. Your satisfaction matters, and we want every video to represent your brand perfectly.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

A: Yes. Monthly plans have no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. To cancel, simply log into your account and submit your cancellation request. Please note that we require 5 business days advance notice before your next renewal date — this allows our team to process your cancellation before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellation requests received less than 5 business days before renewal may result in one additional charge. Once cancelled, your subscription access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew.
