By accessing or using the services provided by OneVideoPro, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All services offered by OneVideoPro are custom production and creative services. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

OneVideoPro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, reject, cancel, or refund any order at any time, including but not limited to orders associated with restricted or unsupported industries or content.

Customers are eligible for one (1) modification request only, which must be submitted within three (3) calendar daysof delivery. All modification requests must be sent via email to support@onevideopro.com. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Any additional revisions, changes beyond the original scope, or new requests may be subject to additional fees.

For subscription-based services, you may cancel your plan at any time; however, a minimum of five (5) days’ advance notice prior to your next billing date is required. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the subscription renewing for the next billing cycle.

By placing an order, you confirm that your business, product, or requested content does not fall within any restricted categories outlined in our Terms and Conditions. OneVideoPro reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Continued use of our services constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.
