Refund policy

Refund and Return Policy

1. No Refunds for Production Services

OneVideoPro provides custom video production, content creation, research, scripting, editing, and related creative services. Because our services involve time, labor, planning, research, and custom production work, all sales are final once an order is placed.

By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will apply to any completed or in-progress production service.

2. No Returns

As OneVideoPro provides digital and production-based services, there are no physical products to return. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or product returns of any kind.

3. One-Time Modification Request

Customers may request one modification to the delivered work.

Modification requests must be submitted within three calendar days after delivery of the completed work. Requests received after three calendar days may not be accepted.

To request a modification, you must email us at:

support@onevideopro.com

Your email should include your order details and a clear explanation of the requested change.

4. Modification Limitations

Only one round of modification is included with your order.

Additional changes, revisions, edits, reworks, new creative directions, new scripts, new footage requests, or changes beyond the original project scope may require an additional fee.

OneVideoPro reserves the right to determine whether a requested modification falls within the original scope of the order.

5. Customer Acknowledgement

By placing an order or using OneVideoPro’s services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds apply to production services.
  • No returns or exchanges are available.
  • Only one modification request is allowed.
  • Modification requests must be made by email within three calendar days of delivery.
  • Any additional edits or changes may be subject to extra fees.

6. Final Decision

OneVideoPro reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds, modifications, project scope, and whether a requested change qualifies as the included one-time modification.
